Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction Welcome to Crown Me! By registering and participating in our programs, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, and users of our services. 2. Registration and Enrollment Eligibility: Crown Me’s programs, including seasonal camps, workshops, and classes, are open to children ages 5-12. By registering your child, you confirm they meet the age requirement. Registration Process: To enroll your child in a Crown Me program, complete the registration form available on our website. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited. Confirmation: Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your child’s place is not secured until payment is received and confirmed. 3. Payment Terms Program Fees: All program fees are listed on the Crown Me website and are subject to change. Fees cover the cost of program activities, materials, and facilities. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Payment must be completed in full prior to the start of the program to confirm enrollment. Late Fees: Payments not received by the specified due date may incur a late fee or result in cancellation of the registration. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations by Participant: If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please notify us at least two weeks before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund at Crown Me’s discretion. Cancellations by Crown Me: Crown Me reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future program. No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the program without prior notice. 5. Program Rules and Safety Participant Conduct: All participants are expected to follow the Crown Me code of conduct, respecting fellow participants, staff, and property. Crown Me reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. Health and Safety Protocols: Crown Me follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment. Parents/guardians agree to follow all health guidelines, including providing necessary medical information and emergency contacts.
